Meet Jenny-May Clarkson

Kia ora, I’m Jenny-May Clarkson. I’ve spent over two decades as a high-performance athlete, coach, and broadcaster — roles I’m incredibly proud of. But more importantly than all of that, I’m a mum and a wife.

Those are the roles that shape me the most, the ones that keep me grounded, humbled, and constantly learning. I know what it’s like to show up under pressure, with the inner critic shouting and life feeling full.

This course shares the real-world tools that help me find calm, clarity, and confidence — nerves and all — in both the big moments and the everyday ones.

With simple daily practices and powerful mindset tools, you’ll learn to quiet the noise, trust yourself, and move through life with calm confidence no matter what the day brings. 

This course is made up of short 2–4 minute videos. In total, the full course can take around an hour to an hour and a half to complete — but it’s completely up to you. You can finish it in a day or take your time and spread it out over a week.

What matters most is that you move at your own pace. Take your time with each module and make sure you fully understand it before moving on. Your journey, your speed.
