About me

Kia ora

Most people recognise me from the screen the early mornings, the make-up, the cameras, the conversations. But beyond all of that, I’m simply a woman, a wife, a mother, a daughter, and a soul who’s still learning and unlearning every single day.

We all walk through seasons of strength and struggle times when confidence feels close, and times when it drifts away. Like many people, I’ve known moments of self-doubt, heartbreak, and uncertainty and through them, I’ve learned that confidence isn’t built by avoiding the hard moments, but by growing through them.

Those experiences have taught me that true confidence isn’t about how loud your voice is, or how perfect your life looks it’s about the quiet knowing of who you are, even when no one else is watching. It’s standing in your power without apology, and moving through the world with kindness, clarity, and purpose.

I carry with me the strength of those who came before me, the love of my family, and the lessons gathered from walking through both light and shadow. Confidence, I’ve learned, isn’t something we perform it’s something we remember. It’s a returning to ourselves, to our truth, to our power.

Motherhood, for me, is both beautiful and humbling. I don’t always get it right it’s a challenge every single day but it’s about doing my best, learning as I go, and finding forgiveness when I don’t quite nail it.

As a wife and partner, I’ve discovered that connection is built on honesty, compassion, and forgiveness. And as a woman, I’ve rebuilt, risen again, and learned to trust the rhythm of my own journey.

This course was born from that journey from lived experience, from heart work, and from a desire to help others reconnect to their own light, courage, and calm.

It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
